Keep in touch with your customers

So many ex-customers, so little time!

Find out how to keep in touch with your customers so that they remain loyal customers.

Keep in touch with your customers

Haven't you also sometimes wondered about what keeps customers loyal to you? Why should they continue to purchase your goods or services rather than some competitor? Sure, delivering a constantly good service, regularly surprising the customer with even better product or service goes a long way.

This is however not enough since your competitors are forever active, making promises and building their relationship with YOUR customer. That is their right, and we all agree that that is how the system works.

Consider for a moment what would be the reaction to you if your business provided each customer with with useful, relevant, interesting and contextually relevant information on a regular basis. Imagine this enhanced your brand. Now imagine that this required absolutely zero effort on your part. What value would you place on such an incredible service?

By doing this you would indicate to your customers that you are loyal to THEM. In the sense that you are providing a service which they consider valuable, and you are not doing this in exchange for cash.

Well, what are you doing this for? You're doing this in exchange for presence so that when your customer needs you, you're there. Present and ready.

But compiling a monthly newsletter or ezine (an ezine is an electronic publication or magazine) may seem like an awesome task - especially if writing is not something you take pleasure in. Many of us struggle to even send out Christmas cards just that once a year! "How do you expect me to write an ezine?" you may ask?

One way is to use an ezine ghost writer. This is a person that does this on your behalf, and who remains entirely in the background. The best ghost writer will even produce your ezine in the same writing style you would use!

If you would like to keep in touch with your customers through an ezine, then click here now.
